 This residential installation added a whole-house water filtration system designed to improve water quality throughout the home. Unlike a point-of-use filter, a whole-house system treats the water as it enters the home, providing filtered water to multiple fixtures and appliances.

John carefully planned and installed the system with an emphasis on proper flow, accessibility, and long-term serviceability. The filtration tanks and components are neatly arranged, with cleanly routed copper piping and clearly accessible shutoffs and connections.  Sometimes you need a project that lets you have a little fun—and this bathroom is ours!

Designed by Kristen and John, this office bathroom was a true collaborative project. John completed all of the plumbing, carpentry, and wallpaper installation, while a contractor handled the tile work. The result is a bold, thoughtfully designed wet bath that combines style with modern functionality.

The open shower design features a seamless tiled floor that flows continuously throughout the bathroom, creating a clean, spacious look while eliminating the traditional step or curb between the shower and the rest of the room. The waterproofed wet-bath design allows the entire space to work together as one cohesive, easy-to-clean area.

The bathroom features a Homary smart toilet, Kohler shower fixtures with a sliding-bar handheld, and a pedestal-style vanity with a beautiful stone top. One of our favorite details is the integrated shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They keep the shower looking clean and uncluttered while adding a modern, convenient touch.

John installed the shower with careful attention to both functionality and finished appearance. The sleek matte-black fixture provides a modern look that complements the home and deck, while the rain showerhead and handheld sprayer offer flexibility and convenience. The clean installation keeps the plumbing visually unobtrusive while providing an easy-to-use outdoor water source.

Not every job is a big one — but every job gets our full attention. A toilet that rocks or wobbles doesn't always need major repairs. In this case, John carefully shimmed the toilet at the necessary points to create a solid, level base, securely tightened the flange bolts, trimmed the shims so they weren't visible, and finished with a clean bead of clear silicone around the base.

 In this Mediterranean-inspired kitchen, we handled the full plumbing scope: plumbing for a farmhouse apron sink with a professional-grade pull-down faucet, running supply and drain lines for a compact Miele washer and dryer tucked neatly under the counter, and plumbing in all appliances and fixtures.

Fitting a full-size washer and dryer under a countertop takes careful planning — precise drain placement, proper venting, and water lines routed cleanly behind cabinetry so nothing is visible and everything works exactly as it should. We coordinated closely with the design to make sure every fixture, appliance hookup, and connection was set exactly where it needed to be, with clean lines and zero shortcuts.
